Chingaaay partaaay ♥

CHINGAY 2012 was simply AWESOME. v^.^v

Day 1 (Friday):

School was just a waste of time, I swear. With more than half the class without laptop, I barely did anything. I even slept when the first 2 teams were presenting during our meeting 3. But after class was over, I was like ASDFGHJKL. Changed and everything and everyone gathered at W3 & W4 area. We all then took the bus to the F1 Pit Building. After settling (which took freaking forever), we had dinner! After dinner was deployment. So SOH team 1 was deployed to one of the entrances! I swear I was so freaking hyped up I didn't give a care in the world. Cheered and screamed and jumped and danced like nobody's business! I was one of the few craziest ones there and I had a hell of a time. For 2 and a half hours straight, we did that. Yes, fucking drained out all my energy! After that, we slacked until the parade was over and were deployed to one of the exits to cheer again. We were then released at 11 plus. Ami and I managed to catch the last train but it was only til Kranji so I called mama and she came to fetch us with papa. So we sent Ami home first. Reached home around 2.15am and went to bed at around 3am. Was planning to go for SOHlympics (SOH sports day) but I was too shagged plus a 3 hour sleep doesn't do me justice! So I skipped it.

Day 2 (Saturday):

Woke up at 11 plus in the morning to baby's text then fell asleep again. Woke up later at 1 plus in the afternoon to Ami's spam texts. I then hurried to bathe and get ready because I was to meet Ami at 2.30pm, but I was late. Meh. But we weren't late for Chingay! Hehehe, sempat beli ice cream lagi at the 7-11 located at Promenade mrt station. I had a short epic moment though, only Ami shall now what it was. So lucky nobody saw it despite having so many other Chingay volunteers around, heh. So my team so many paitao, Day 1 we had like 12 people (me, Ami, Sugi, Wen Liang, Juliani, Farisya, Fyqa, Atiqah, Fitrah, Syeerah, Shafique, Khairiyah) but Day 2 was just 5 people (me, Ami, Fitrah, Syeerah, Khairiyah). But luckily Wen Liang, Fyqa and Atiqah came later. The dinner was disgusting I tell you! But I still finished it because I have not eaten at all and I wouldn't be able to eat until I get home, hais. We were deployed to be the motivators at the spectators area so we were able to watch the whole damn Chingay parade for free! Sumpah jakon rabak, everything was just so cool. I'm still pretty awed by it. The finale was just magnificent! There was fireworks and confetti, loud music were blasting non stop, and we were all just crazy! We sang and danced and screamed and I swear I felt like I was clubbing HAHAHAHAHA ok maybe not really but you get what I mean. I was like hyper all out rabak seh, omg. Happening finale, love it! Hehehehehe ^.^ Went home and mama fetched me from Gombak mrt station since it was really late. I got home at around 2am and I'm not sleepy. I think I am just too high from Chingay that the energy was still trying to burst out of me. LOLWHUT, but yeah. Heh.

All in all, CHINGAY WAS JUST THE BOMB! ;) x
